Fee and Refund Policy of EditPi

1.   Editing Fees: EditPi English Editing Service charges editing fees based on the length and complexity of the document submitted for editing. Fees are calculated on a per-word basis, and clients will receive a quote for their editing service before the editing process begins. 

2.   Payment: Payment for editing services is required before editing begins. EditPi accepts payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Clients will receive an invoice for their editing service with payment instructions 

3.   Refunds: Refunds may be requested if the client is not satisfied with the editing service provided by EditPi. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the edited document. EditPi will review the request and issue a refund if the editing service did not meet the client's expectations. 

4.   Cancellation: If the client wishes to cancel their editing service before editing has begun, a full refund will be issued. If the client cancels their editing service after editing has begun, a partial refund may be issued at EditPi's discretion. 

5.   Turnaround Time: EditPi makes every effort to deliver edited documents within the agreed upon turnaround time. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the length and complexity of the document, as well as the workload of the editing team. EditPiwill communicate any delays to the client and make every effort to deliver the edited document as soon as possible. 

6.   Confidentiality: EditPi guarantees the confidentiality of all client documents and information. Edited documents will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent. 

7.   Changes to this Policy: EditPi may update this fee and refund policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes to this policy through the EditPi website or via email. Continued use of our editing services following any changes to this policy indicates acceptance of the updated fee and refund policy.
